Beatskip Records proudly presents The Dom, the latest release from London-born artist D-intro, a DJ and producer with deep roots in the electronic underground.

Growing up in London during the 1980s, D-intro was shaped by the sounds of electro, hip hop, and synth-driven electronic music. Recording tracks from pirate radio onto cassette tapes, he quickly caught the creative spark—making his own mixtapes before investing in a pair of Technics SL1210s. His early years as a DJ saw him immersed in the acid house, techno, and rave explosion of the early 90s, performing on pirate stations and in underground clubs, before exploring drum & bass, trance, chillout, progressive house, and beyond.

A true vinyl purist with an expansive collection, D-intro’s sound is never confined to one genre. His productions are as diverse as his influences—if the vibe feels right, he follows it. From experimenting with early music software on PlayStation and Xbox to mastering modern production techniques through self-teaching and online community support, D-intro embodies the DIY spirit of underground dance music.
